How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently you can either pay upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) or via CliQ.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

We currently deliver within Jordan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days, depending on your location.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer a flat delivery rate of 3 JOD within Amman. For areas outside Amman, delivery rates may vary based on location. Any additional cost will be communicated clearly before delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
